This privacy policy describes how Melogix ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and services.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Personal information such as name, email address and phone number when you contact us
• Technical information including IP address, browser type and device information
• Usage data about how you interact with our website
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve our services
• To communicate with you about projects and inquiries
• To analyze site usage and performance
• To meet legal obligations

The site itself does not set cookies. The third-party services listed below (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) may set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser, for measurement and advertising. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

We use Google Analytics to analyze traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics collects usage information through cookies and similar technologies. We do not send Google any personally identifiable information (PII) through Analytics.

On your first visit a short notice appears: you can accept, or choose "No ad tracking". Google Analytics runs for every visitor to measure visits. With "No ad tracking" the Meta pixel does not load and no advertising signals are sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookies button at the bottom of every page.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. To prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about you across websites, you can install Google's official opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Delete your personal data in certain circumstances
• Object to or restrict the processing of your personal data

For what purpose: answering your message and continuing the business relationship that follows from it. Not for marketing mailings, unless you asked for them.

Are you required to provide it? No. Without contact details I simply cannot get back to you.

Who receives it: the service providers that run the website and the email (Vercel, Resend, Google) and the business's customer management system. It is not passed to any third party beyond these service providers, and it is never sold.

On what basis: Providing your details in the form is your own initiative and with your consent. Browsing data (IP address, device type, pages viewed) is collected automatically by the measurement services.

Where it is processed: The information may be processed by providers whose data centers are outside Israel, including the United States and the European Union, subject to their data protection terms.

Security: The information is kept in password-protected accounts, and access is limited to the business owner and those acting on his behalf.

How long it is kept: as long as there is a business relationship, or until you ask me to delete it.

Your rights: to review the information, correct it and ask for deletion, by writing to the address above. I will handle the request within 30 days.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which actions are taken (a click on WhatsApp, a click on the phone number, or sending the form). The data is aggregated, and I do not knowingly send Google any identifying details.

The site loads the Meta pixel only after you accept it in the cookie notice, to measure inquiries and show relevant ads on Meta's networks. You can also limit this in the ad settings of your Meta account or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

The form on the site is sent as an email through the Resend service to the business mailbox, and is saved in the business's customer management system so that I can respond. The details are not sold and are not passed to any third party beyond the service providers.

I will not send marketing messages by email, text message or WhatsApp without explicit, separate consent, and you can ask to be removed at any time.

The site is intended for the Israeli market. If you browse from the European Union and do not want to be measured, block third-party cookies in your browser or contact me and I will honor the request.
