Systems, websites and products for businesses, and products of my own. Every case file covers what hurt, what was at risk, what was delivered, and what I worked with.
Implementation details, system structure and client data are not published. That is part of the job.

01SimOnline & TalkMenMobile top-upsTechnology partner for two live websites for line top-ups and SIM cards: development, maintenance and service for everything the business needs.2022 to today
Symptom
Someone who needs to top up a line right now does not wait. If the payment gets stuck or the code does not arrive, they move on within a minute.
Impact
Two sites, many carriers and payments. Without a steady technical partner, every small change is a project and every fault waits.
Outcome
One partner, and a system that grows with the business: a shared account, direct eSIM, returning customers, coupons, SMS, one admin panel and an Android app.
02TaglimoPrivate tours in IsraelA bilingual website for private tours in Israel, with an admin interface for the owner. The website is the first leg of the trip.2026
Symptom
Someone booking a private tour with a driver expects calm and precision. A clumsy site, a form that does not send from a phone, or a reply that arrives late is already the first impression of the service.
Impact
Most inquiries come from the phone, often from abroad and at odd hours. A lead that falls into an inbox nobody opened is a customer who left.
Outcome
A site that sells, and an interface the owner manages alone. A bilingual site (Hebrew and English) with fleet pages, routes, services, reviews, FAQs, guides and trip planning.
03OpflowShopify appA/B price tests for Shopify stores, with paying customers. Retired in October 2026.2025 to 2026
Symptom
Price is the most influential decision in a store, and it is almost always a guess. Raise it and sales drop. Lower it and the profit disappears. And nobody knows what would have happened otherwise.
Impact
A store that changes the price for everyone at once cannot know whether sales moved because of the price or because it was a Tuesday. The mistake costs money in both directions.
Outcome
Two prices at once, and numbers instead of guesses. The store owner picks a product and a variant, sets a test price, and visitors are split between the two groups.
04BlackbarEnterprise information securityA website that explains a complex security product to enterprise buyers. Live at blackbar.ai.March 2026
Symptom
Visual DLP: the product sees what is displayed on employees' screens and prevents sensitive information from leaking. The technical explanation is long, and the enterprise buyer does not read documents before a meeting.
Impact
And does not trust a site that looks like a template. In this market the website is the first meeting with the head of information security.
Outcome
A site that explains in layers. Platform, security, use cases, about, contact, privacy and terms pages.
05SppootLegal courier serviceA platform that connects lawyers to legal couriers: an app for the lawyer, one for the courier, and an admin panel.March to June 2026
Symptom
A legal delivery is a matter of time and of proof. In practice, coordination with couriers happens over phone calls and WhatsApp, with no tracking and no proper record.
Impact
A late or undocumented delivery hurts the lawyer's client, and there is nothing to prove what happened and when.
Outcome
A complete flow, from three apps. An app for the lawyer to order and track, an app for the courier with navigation and proof of delivery, and an admin panel for dispatch, pricing and billing.
06TechCallService calls and techniciansA complete system for service calls and field technicians. Built in 2020, never fully adopted. It has been running as a concept to this day.2020 to 2022
Symptom
Every call goes through the office by phone, the technician heads out without the customer's history, and the monthly report is built by hand from slips of paper.
Impact
A forgotten call is an angry customer. A technician without information makes a double visit. And a report that takes a day is a day of a manager's time.
Outcome
A complete system, from the office to the signature in the field. Management of calls, customers, branches, regions, equipment, price lists and technicians.
07PloyeeEmployee trainingA lean training system for employees and contractors, instead of a heavy enterprise system. It ran as a concept.2019 to 2025
Symptom
A new employee needs to complete safety and procedure training, and an outside contractor needs to sign that they read it. In the large enterprise systems this is expensive and cumbersome, so it gets put off.
Impact
Or worse: an employee in the field without the training they should have had, and an organization with no proof that they did.
Outcome
A catalog, a test, a signature, and a report. A learning catalog with progress tracking for each employee, tests and grades, employee forms, "read and sign" for contractors, management of companies and users with permissions for guest, employee and outside employee, and export to Excel.
Some of my best work is under confidentiality, or belongs to a client who chose not to appear. The name stays blacked out. What was built does not.
