SimOnline & TalkMen.
Two websites for prepaid line top-ups and SIM cards, for every carrier, around the clock. I have been their technology partner for years: development, maintenance and service for everything the business needs.

What hurt, what was at risk, what was delivered.
Symptom
A top-up that fails is a customer who left
Someone who needs to top up a line right now does not wait. If the payment gets stuck, the site is slow on mobile, or the code does not arrive, they move to the next site within a minute.
Impact
Two sites, many carriers, many payments
Without a steady technical partner, every small change becomes a project, and every fault waits for someone to become free. In a business that runs around the clock, that is money lost every hour.
Outcome
One partner, and a system that grows with the business
Instead of a vendor per task, one partner who knows the system from the inside. Over the years came a shared customer account for both sites, direct eSIM orders with a carrier, a returning-customers system, coupons, scheduled SMS, product sync, one admin panel for both sites and an Android app. And in between, maintenance and service every week.
