Ployee.
Organizations that need to train employees and contractors find enterprise training systems heavy and expensive. A lean system: a catalog, tests, forms and "read and sign". Built in 2019 and maintained until 2025.

- A training system · an employee portal

What hurt, what was at risk, what was delivered.
Symptom
Training that does not happen
A new employee needs to complete safety and procedure training, and an outside contractor needs to sign that they read it. In the large enterprise systems this is expensive and cumbersome, so it gets put off.
Impact
A system that was paid for and nobody uses
Or worse: an employee in the field without the training they should have had, and an organization with no proof that they did.
Outcome
A catalog, a test, a signature, and a report
A learning catalog with progress tracking for each employee, tests and grades, employee forms, "read and sign" for contractors, management of companies and users with permissions for guest, employee and outside employee, and export to Excel. It did not come into wide use, and it has been running ever since as a concept.
What was delivered.
- A learning catalog, with progress tracked by page
- Tests, grades and Excel reports
- Employee forms and "read and sign" for contractors
- Management of companies, users and permissions, and a landing site

Do you have a procedure everyone has to complete?
Training, a test and a signature, without a heavy enterprise system. Two or three lines on WhatsApp are enough.
