These terms of service govern your use of Melogix services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services.
We provide the following development services:
- Building systems and websites for businesses
- Maintenance and upgrades of existing systems
- Pre-launch testing
- Engineering consulting
Payment terms.
Payment terms are agreed before a project starts. We usually require an advance payment before work begins, with the remaining payments due at project milestones or on completion.
Limitation of liability.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Termination.
Either party may end the services with reasonable notice. On termination, you remain responsible for payment for work that was completed.

Intellectual property rights in the work product pass to the client, or are licensed to the client, as set out in the price quote or the signed agreement, and subject to full payment. The site and its contents belong to the business owner.
Governing law and jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
