Rescuing existing systems

Three stages, no surprises. At every point it is clear what the next stage is and how much it costs.

A message
You write to me on WhatsApp, two or three lines. I come back with focused questions or an offer of a short call. No charge.

Entry stage
A focused review of the system or the idea. At the end: a plan, a timeline and a fixed price. Paid at a flat fee, so you get a real answer and not a slide deck.
Flat fee, agreed before we start. The first call is free.

Build and run
Work in milestones, paid per stage. A version you can touch early, regular updates, and after launch I keep maintaining it if you want.

Who builds it.
I am Oren. I write the code, and I stand behind it.
Since 2015 I have built systems for large organizations as an external developer, in banking, healthcare, logistics and telecom, and alongside that, systems for businesses and startups. In recent years I also build products of my own, because the best way to make sure a system works is to be the one who gets the phone call when it does not.
I work alone, and sometimes alongside people I trust. The responsibility for every project is always mine.
