Taglimo.
Private multi-day tours in Israel, with a vehicle and a driver who is also the tour manager. The customer meets the service on a screen first, so the website is the first leg of the trip.

- A bilingual website · an admin interface

What hurt, what was at risk, what was delivered.
Symptom
The website is the first leg of the trip
Someone booking a private tour with a driver expects calm and precision. A clumsy site, a form that does not send from a phone, or a reply that arrives late is already the first impression of the service.
Impact
A booking that does not close on mobile is a trip that went to a competitor
Most inquiries come from the phone, often from abroad and at odd hours. A lead that falls into an inbox nobody opened is a customer who left.
Outcome
A site that sells, and an interface the owner manages alone
A bilingual site (Hebrew and English) with fleet pages, routes, services, reviews, FAQs, guides and trip planning. A lead form protected from spam, automatic emails, and an admin interface for leads, bookings, customers, drivers, vehicles, pages and media. Accessibility to the Israeli standard.
What was delivered.

Do you have a service that customers meet on a screen first?
A site that sells and an interface you manage yourself, without a developer for every change. Two or three lines on WhatsApp are enough.
